There Is Another Way !
I was searching for alternative ways to help my husband’s knee pain. When I came across an article that talked about how a lot of our aches and pains come from the lack of magnesium in our bodies. It talked about how the supplements that we take are full of harmful fillers, and very little actual healing products. This is one of the (many) things that sent me down the Nature Path searching for answers to common health issues in my circle of friends and family.
What I found ---> is that WE CAN MAKE our own personal products with natural ingredients. I made some for me, I loved them so much I made some for my family. So, of course I had to share it with my friends. Now I want YOU to experience how much better you can feel, naturally!
My goal is to provide alternative every-day products that are made with natural ingredients and are safe for your body, that actually help you FEEL BETTER.
My Favorite, Simple Herbs
CALENDULA - This is an All-Powerful herb!
These beautiful yellow and gold flowers LOVE, HEAL and SOOTHE the skin. Reported to relieve eczema suffering, better than prescription medications. This little gem will help heal minor cuts and scratches, sunburns and chapped lips, Diaper-rash, cradle-cap and minor skin irritations. Calendula flowers have Anti-Bacterial and Anti-Microbial properties, making it an excellent healer.
CHAMOMILE - The Sleepy-Time Flower
These lovely little daisy-like flowers, smells of honey.
Chamomile settles an upset stomach and calms the nerves when taken as a tea. When applied topically... it helps calms the skin, due to its Anti-Inflammatory properties.
COMFREY - Generates new skin cells, seriously!!!
The properties in this plant accelerate the healing of skin and wounds. It is anti-inflammatory and relieves pain from swelling. Amazing for arthritis, healing burns and controlling bleeding. It's known to heal fractures and torn ligaments in record time.
Infused Into My Favorite Salves!
CALENDULA SALVE- This repaired my daughter's sunburn OVERNGHT! This is a simple herbal anti-biotic that will help heal most minor skin conditions. Using all organic herbs, I've infused EVOO with Calendula, Chamomile and St John's Wort Flowers, locally sourced Comfrey Leaf, organic unrefined Coconut oil and beeswax.

What makes mine different? Im glad you asked :)
The base of my lotion is Comfrey Infused Organic EVOO and emulsifying wax. The rest is Magnesium oil. I do not bulk up my magnesium lotion with shea butter. I find that magnesium lotions made with shea butter tend to not work as well.
Comfrey not only has antibiotic properties, but it is also a wonderful anti-inflammatory! Perfect for those over-worked muscles, or painful computer neck. How about those knees?
Put it on the soles of your feet, at bedtime and get a great night's rest.
